Bloodless is a series of drawings where by using bleach over a bloodlike solution, I can investigate and navigate feelings of abcence. During the birth of my son I experinced a removal and negation of any bodily contact with my own body, his and others. There was no touch or senstaion and no experince of bodily fluids including blood. I experinced an illness called HELLP sydrome, where my liver stopped working and my blood stopped coalgulating - so here I am removing the blood from the page, whilst investigationg coagulation and binding of bloodcells.
